We love making books, and happy customers are our greatest reward.
If you are not satisfied with our work, please let us know and give us an opportunity to make it right. We'll fix it or accept your return for a refund.
We often make books for special occasions, sometimes on very short deadlines. We pride ourselves in doing our best to deliver on time, but we cannot make promises that the carriers or Postal Service will not make. We ship most of our books by US Postal Service, and our experience has been very positive in reliability and timely delivery. But since USPS does not make delivery date commitments, neither can we.
We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. For deliveries within the United States, our standard shipping takes between 5 and 9 days days, while Priority Mail shipping takes 2-3 days.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary between countries and even regions within a country. In our experience, shipping takes between 10 days and 2 weeks.
If you need a faster or assured delivery, we do offer FedEx and UPS as an alternative.
We do our best to send your book on its way safely, but we cannot take responsibility for late, misdirected or lost packages, and we can't assume liability for any consequential damages.
